Rules of the cold chain management consultancy service for premium confectionery products.
This document establishes the conditions under which Cold Chain (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider") makes available to users the retail and logistics consultancy platform, specialized in optimizing temperature-controlled transport for goods in the premium confectionery sector.
"User" means any authorized legal entity or natural person who accesses the automated warehouse audit services, operational efficiency reports, or personalized loss reduction recommendations.
The Provider undertakes to provide accurate information based on real field data and to respect the confidentiality of distributors' operational data.
The User is obliged to provide complete and accurate information about their warehouses, transport routes, and the thermal specifications of confectionery products.
Any recommendation offered during the audit is indicative and does not constitute a guarantee of future financial results.
The Provider is not liable for losses suffered as a result of the User's failure to comply with thermal handling instructions or internal quality standards.
Under no circumstances shall the Provider's liability exceed the total amount of the fee paid for the consultancy service in question.
The Provider does not guarantee that applying the recommendations will completely eliminate operational losses, only that they are in accordance with good practices in the field of cold chain logistics.
All data collected during the automated warehouse audit is treated confidentially and is not shared with third parties without the User's express consent.

This agreement enters into force upon accessing the platform and remains valid for the entire duration of the use of the services.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend the User's access in the event of a serious breach of the terms, including the provision of false data or abusive use of reports.
The User may request termination of access at any time, by written notice to the email address info@cikolatakrizi.com.
The Provider may periodically update these terms to reflect legislative or operational changes.
Users will be informed at least 14 days before the changes come into effect, by email or by posting on the website.
Continued use of the service after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
